How We Work
Human experience first. Explanation second.
We begin with experiences people can recognize, then use data, research, and context to understand them more clearly.
Experience and generalization
Human experience first. Explanation second.
Experience is evidence of experience, not automatically population evidence.
A recognizable experience can open a question. It does not, by itself, speak for everyone.
Data and research
Data helps us see but is not the whole experience.
Research and context are used proportionally.
Evidence helps clarify scale, direction, and context. It should deepen a question, not flatten the people inside it.
Uncertainty
HTBN can hold uncertainty.
Not every useful inquiry ends with one clean answer. Mixed evidence and unresolved questions can remain visible.
Independence and accountability
Partner support does not determine editorial conclusions.
HTBN can update or correct its work.
